Amazing staff, good location, welcome Champaign for the guests. Hand written notes on the beds with the weather forecast everyday were very cute.
We could not find an iron at 9 p.m. on the first day of our staying there.

The location is excellent; the hotel staff is friendly as well as the majority of the dinning staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
The club downstairs is extremely loud; it’s hard to fall asleep until the party is over there. The second shift of the dinning staff was rude. My bill was incorrect with some items mistakenly added on it.

The hotel is very well kept, rooms are spacious and luxurious.
I had some personal things stolen from the locked room when I was out clubbing, and the front desk kept telling me, it was impossible. The things were never found and the hotel didn’t compensate me for it. Besides, there was something wrong with the air conditioner and they could not fix it immediately.

The staff is very friendly; the hotel is modern and stylish with high level of service. Our room was spacious with lavish mirrowed bathroom.
Though the food is good it is a bit too expensive. I would recommend eating somewhere else.
